For the second time in two months, the Utah Jaxx came out on top in yet another tournament! This time we went a few hours north to Pocatello, Idaho. The boys played Blackfoot, Chubbuck and Pocatello proper. They battled some SERIOUS adversity with the combination of terrible ball fields, sand tornadoes, unseasonably cold, winter-like conditions, AND short a couple key members of the team, yet they still managed to suck it up and put on a performance that won it all! I am totally proud of these boys and the ballplayers they will go into high school being.
We still have a lot of baseball left this season and I, as well as all the other parents and families, look forward to the upcoming schedule.
Great job fellas!
